At Pet Dynamics, we are committed to delivering quality pet products to you in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Estimates
Shipping Time refers to the duration your package spends in transit from our global warehouses to your destination.
Delivery Window: Both domestic and international orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days.
Variable Factors: Please note that delivery times are estimates. Actual arrival dates may be slightly affected by local customs procedures, postal carrier schedules, or seasonal holidays.
Shipping to African destinations may take an additional 5-10 working days due to limited carrier options and availability.

Pet Dynamics currently ships to all destinations across the globe. However, there may be instances where there are limited carrier options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
– Your location
– Order size and weight
– Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Real-Time Tracking
We believe in total transparency, so you can watch your pet’s new gear every step of the way.
Tracking Number: You will automatically receive a tracking number via email, usually within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse. While we try our utmost best to ensure that you are able to track your package, we cannot guarantee tracking information at all times.
Updates: You can track your order directly on the Pet Dynamic website or via the carrier’s portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Pet Dynamics is not responsible for:
– Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
– Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time frame or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@petdynamics.store with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchased from us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE, which are subject to the following term(s):
All Items are eligible for return except the products that are bought on sale/discounted prices or gifts
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:
Once the return request has been approved, we will send you a shipping label. In case you need to ship items to us, we will provide you with a shipping address as part of the instructions upon return request approval.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. Customers from Africa are required to return the products within 45 days of purchase. If the product is damaged in any way and you initiate the return after the mandatory 30 or 45 days, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
The product wasn’t used or damaged
Product must include original tags (if applicable)
The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such a variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 30 or 45 days, as stated in the refund policy above. Exchanges exceeding the stipulated days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
The product wasn’t used or damaged
Product must include original tags (if applicable)
The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced, depending on the item.
Your exchanged product will be processed once the items are received and the conditions confirmed.
You are given the right to exchange the item once, provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
